Marshall Barry Haulage
Marshall Barry (Lincoln) Limited has operated for more than 30 years. The company has been managed for all that time by one of the founders of the business; Mr. Roger Barry Hobby. Having reached retirement age, Roger decided to let go of the helm. After being sold in early 2007, Alford Traffic Services approached Roger at the end of the year with a view to expanding their own fleet of 18 vehicles with a new depot based at Lincoln. Marshall Barry, having an ideal location and a high quality fleet of vehicles and drivers, was an obvious choice. In January 2008 Alford Traffic Services (2003) Ltd acquired the rights to the business of Marshall Barry (Lincoln) Ltd. As such, Alford Traffic now have a division which operates under the trading name of Marshall Barry. The two depots give Alford Traffic Services and Marshall Barry more flexibility and the ability to provide an efficient service for larger contracts.
